On 29 September 2026 President Donald Trump signed an executive order titled Inaugurating the Era of Super Intelligence. The order tells the executive branch to stop saying Artificial Intelligence. The words it wants, in official letters, websites, reports and policy papers, are Super Intelligence and SI.
The White House fact sheet says the change is about the name, not a new machine. The order does not rewrite old statutes, contracts or grants. It does tell agencies, as far as the law allows, not to acknowledge Artificial Intelligence or AI in their own new documents. The Assistant to the President for Science and Technology is told to propose a federal definition of Super Intelligence. The work connects to Artificial Intelligence and enterprise artificial intelligence, with UK artificial intelligence company, Super Intelligence technology, Ask AI token under ai.com, and to Domain Investors where the names are held.
The photograph on this page is the signing room, without the caption that was laid over it. The policy is the text of the order. Artificial Intelligence remains the name on the main platform. AI Super Intelligence and Super Intelligence are the names already in the book. Domain Investors wrote the registration side of the same story.
USA Time Magazine is reporting the order, not adopting it. Readers will still see Artificial Intelligence in the section menu. The White House, from 29 September, would rather they did not.
The working pages, not the slogan, are Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence LLC and the platform home.
